If your student is planning on playing a sport at PWMS, they will need a current physical on file. You can download a copy of the physical form below.
You and your student will also need to sign the District 70 Eligibility Standards Agreement, which can also be found below.
First official football practice will be held August 1st from 6 PM - 8 PM.
In order to participate in the first practice you MUST HAVE
Office Clearance - August 1st @ 9 AM
