Any student who will be in the 7th or 8th grade next year is eligible to travel as long as they receive no office referrals for the 2011/2012 school year. Below are the specifics for the trip.

*Trip Dates - Leave on Saturday, June 2, 2012 and return on Wednesday,
June 6, 2012
*Trip cost - $1,832 per person for students / $2,012 per person for adults
o Bus transfer to and from Denver International Airport
o Hotels in DC and NYC
o Roundtrip airfare out of Denver
o Bus transportation while on tour
o All breakfasts and dinners (lunch is on your own)
o All entrance fees / tickets
o Broadway play
o Supplemental medical / accident travel insurance
o Tour guide on site 24 hours a day
o Night chaperones in hotels

*There is a $99 registration fee. This applies towards your trip price and is not an additional fee.
*We will conduct a few fundraisers throughout the year. You can participate in as many as you like. Any profit that your student raises goes directly to their trip price. There is a fundraising contract that needs to be signed prior to your student participating in fundraisers.
